If you decide you'd like to make changes, we'll repeat these steps until you're satisfied.
4) Confidence Instilled
We've gone over everything related to your qualification, now it's just a matter of ensuring the property can meet qualifications.
Once we have an executed contract, we begin the process of verifying title, insurance requirements, and the appraised value.
When everything checks out, we send documents for closing.
